The Yoga Shala is a yoga academy dedicated to Ashtanga Yoga / Mysore practice.
It creates a cohesion and communication space for students who like Ashtanga Yoga, so that orthodox yoga practice and teaching can be passed on forever.Shala means school in Sanskrit, which is what we call the classroom when we practice in Mysore, India.
We hope that The Yoga Shala will inherit Ashtanga Yoga as faithfully as teacher Sharaths classroom in India.
